After 25 years in the property industry, I’ve come to believe that moving home is never just about bricks and mortar - it’s about people, stories, and life-changing moments. My journey has been shaped by thousands of these moments, and while my title reads Regional Managing Director, I remain, at heart, a dedicated Estate Agent - driven by purpose, not position.

Leadership, to me, is about lifting others. I’ve had the privilege of guiding teams through both triumphs and trials, helping individuals grow not just in their careers, but in confidence and character. Watching people rise, overcome challenges, and achieve more than they thought possible - that’s the real reward.

I’m fortunate to be supported by an incredible family. My wife, also part of the Wards family, shares this passion for people and property, and together with our three children, we live a life full of energy, love, and purpose.
